Smart heater is the ability to access the heater via the Wi-Fi module via a smart phone and control it from any distance. In order to provide this control, both the heater and the smart phone that will manage the heater must be connected to the internet network. In this case, whether the heater is on or not can be controlled via a smart phone, it can be turned on and off remotely, and functions such as thermostat and timer can be managed.
There is a thermostat in all our models that can be controlled electronically via a remote control. In our mechanically controlled products, there is a thermostat in our models with the phrase “Thermostat” in the description section.
In our models with thermostat function, the product turns itself off when it reaches the heat level you set, and starts working again as soon as the environment starts to get to a lower temperature.
Carbon filament is a new generation, fast and efficient heating formula in infrared heating systems. It consists of carbon fiber fibers covered with a cylindrical glass tube outside. The inside of the glass tube is oxygen-free, and heating and radiation are provided with the current passing over the carbon fiber fibers. Thanks to this system, 95-98% of the energy consumed is converted into heat and light, thus providing efficient and rapid heating. With the current flowing through the fibers, the maximum heating level is achieved within 3 seconds.
Electricity consumption is more economical than other heating coils. Because 95-98% of the energy consumed with carbon resistance is converted into heat and light, rapid heating will be provided and the heating time will be shortened. For example, energy savings will be achieved in the remaining time, as the carbon resistance will heat an environment in 5-6 minutes, which is heated by other heating coils in 10 minutes.
When you examine the product physically, all models with a digital display have a remote controller. However, there is no remote control in our mechanical models that are controlled via a dial.
All of our portable (foot-mounted) models have a tipping safety device. The product turns itself off as soon as it is knocked over. When you return it to its original position, it becomes ready to use.
Our heating capacities vary according to the power levels of the products. 1200W models have a 12m2 area, 2000W models have a 20m2 heating capacity, and 2500W models have a 25m2 area heating capacity.
Our heaters are suitable for indoor or outdoor use according to their models. All our models with IP44 or IP55 inscription are resistant to external factors (rain, snow, storm, etc.) and are suitable for outdoor use.
For example, our products with the phrase 850W/1700W/2500W power option have 3 stages. During the operation of the product, the 1st stage resistor works with 33% performance by using 850W power. In the 2nd stage, the resistor works with 66% performance by using 1700W power. In the 3rd stage, the resistor works with 100% performance by using 2500W power.
It expresses the maximum heating value that the product can output. For example, the maximum power value of the heater with a 2000W resistance is 2000W.

The warranty period starts with the invoice date. Products are under warranty for 2 years.
Time adjustment is available in our electronic (remote controlled) models. You can set the timer between 0-9 hours via the clock button on the remote. After the time is set, the heater will turn itself off when the time expires.
All of our wall-mounted products have wall-mounting apparatus in the box. Installation can be easily done by following the steps in the user manual.

As stated in the description and titles, the resistances used in our products are carbon filaments. In this way, our products can also be called carbon.
